81st Annual Meeting - April 27, 2019
Saturday, April 27, 2019, is the date set for the next annual meeting. Moving the date to the spring will allow the membership to receive more timely information on the cooperative finances and other matters. This meeting will be held at the Ladysmith Middle & High School Auditorium.
Meeting Registration from 9 to 10 a.m. with the Annual Membership Business Meeting to begin at 10 a.m.
The Notice of the 2019 Annual Meeting was included in the Wisconsin Energy Cooperative News, mailed March 29. Action items include director elections for districts 2, 7, and 8, along with voting on a proposed bylaw amendment and a proposed advisory resolution. Reports from the directors, employees, and special guests will also be given during the meeting.
Members in attendance at the meeting will be eligible for the prize drawings, which includes up to $1200 in energy credits. A $10 energy credit will be given to each member (one per membership) who attends the business meeting along with their choice of a multi-tool or a 7-in-1 screwdriver/flashlight. A chicken dinner will be served following the meeting.
If you do not plan on attending the meeting, but would like to vote, please complete the absentee ballot that was mailed separately to each member. If you plan on attending the meeting a "meeting day" ballot will be given to you during the registration process.

2019 Member Appreciation Days
Dates have been set for this years three-day Member Appreciation Day event. Members are invited to come and enjoy the lunch being served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dates and locations are as follows:

Hayward outpost - June 27
Ladysmith headquarters - June 28
